Research direction

Start by reading this issue’s five-comment thread and the related issue #246 to understand the iOS keyboard mode and what has already been tried. The issue names no files or tests, so first locate the keymap editing flow in the iOS app. Done means explaining how to update a keymap on the phone, or identifying and documenting the missing workflow.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Hi @jonasbark ,

Question related to #246: I tried the new version this morning with the option to act as a keyboard and the shifting worked 👍 but now how can I update the keymap on the iPhone?
If I try to change a key, the app waits for some keyboard input that I cannot enter on the phone.

Thanks
