Research direction

Start in JavaClientCodegen.java at the useJackson3 supported-library check linked in the issue, then inspect how the resteasy library is handled nearby. Include resteasy in the supported list and run the relevant Java client generator tests; done when Jackson 3 is accepted for resteasy without changing the other supported libraries.

Description

Enhancement: Feature
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/blob/master/modules/openapi-generator/src/main/java/org/openapitools/codegen/languages/JavaClientCodegen.java#L426 states:

useJackson3 is only supported for the 'native', 'apache-httpclient', 'jersey3', 'rest-assured', 'restclient', 'resttemplate', and 'webclient' libraries.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please include also resteasy to the supported list.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatives ends up being too invasive here.
