Research direction

The issue does not name a file or test; read the discussion in PR #7851 and identify where the NC sample dataset is specified. Clarify that the required test project is nc_spm_full_v2alpha2; done when the relevant instructions or test reference name that project unambiguously.

Description

bug

For both humans and agents, we should be more clear about which NC sample dataset is needed. This was and is still in flux which is the reason for current lack of clarity.

We should specify the test project name nc_spm_full_v2alpha2

I've found that even though it could be discovered by the agent it doesn't always find it.
