Description

In the export of the RiaH mapping, mark the required fields and fields without a mapping.

Research direction
Examine the RiaH export code to identify where mapping fields are rendered. Add logic to mark required fields with an asterisk and unmapped fields (no source field, logic, or comment) with light grey text. Look for existing export methods in RabbitInAHat and modify the HTML or CSV generation accordingly.
