Describe the bug
In the latest Twitter-branded version of NFB (v7.3.0 12.38.1), the "Profile" option no longer appears on my Navigation Bar. Other Nav Bar customizations do appear as expected from my testing, except the "Profile" option.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to NeoFreeBird Settings > Appearance > Edit navigation bar
  2. Click on "Profile" to add the Profile option to the nav bar
  3. Click the "Save" option to save the customization
  4. After saving, the Profile option does not appear on the nav bar.

Expected behavior
Expected behavior is that the Profile icon appears, and is useable.

Additional context
I've also tried force-closing the app, as well as removing and re-adding Profile on my nav bar customization, and the issue persists.
