Research direction

No repository files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by reviewing the Triton random-number-generation API linked in the request and the cuTile Python public API to determine the supported interface and tile-shape semantics. Done means cuTile exposes random generation suitable for noise shaped to tile sizes, with documented behavior and tests.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
