Research direction

The bad names are in the routing sentence of skills/cuopt-developer/SKILL.md, which points to "cuopt-routing" and "cuopt-lp-milp". List the skill directories under skills/ to find the real names, such as cuopt-routing-api-python and cuopt-numerical-optimization-api. Done when every skill name mentioned in that file matches a directory that exists, and the routing sentence still covers the same problem types.

Description

Agent Skills: cuopt-developer references skill names that do not exist

While reviewing the skills in this repository against the Agent Skills specification, I found that skills/cuopt-developer/SKILL.md routes users to "the appropriate problem skill (cuopt-routing, cuopt-lp-milp, etc.)" — but neither cuopt-routing nor cuopt-lp-milp exists in this repository. The actual skills are cuopt-routing-api-python, cuopt-numerical-optimization-api, cuopt-server-api-python, and others.

Happy to prepare the wording fix on a branch on request.
