Research direction

Start by comparing cutile-rs with cuda-oxide and inspect the repository's dependency and header check scripts, the nested .github folder, and the nested dependabot.yml. Determine how each cleanup item should match the existing repository setup, then verify cutile-rs is included in the relevant checks and the Dependabot configuration is active. Done means all five listed cleanup items are addressed.

Description

This is an umbrella issue for clean up work related to the additon of cutile-rs to cuda-rust.

Edit: Apparently I can't create proper sub-issues without access 🙄

  • cutile-rs has a deny.toml but as far as I can see it's not being run
  • cutile-rs has no dependency inventory like cuda-oxide and is explicitly excluded in the check script
  • defunct nested .github folder
  • cutile-rs is excluded from header check
  • there is a nested dependabot.yml that is not active and must be moved
