Description

To reproduce:

  1. click the "Add media" box

  1. Click "Upload tab"
  2. At this point Click "Browse":

Result: The interface goes back to the "Add media" box from step 1. If you start over, the second time you try step 3 it actually works by giving you the device's file upload dialog.

Expected: You shouldn't have to go through things twice.
