Research direction

The request is for the stipple plotting function to accept the title keyword when used standalone, as the other plotting functions already do. Compare how a function that already supports title applies it, then check how stipple builds its figure when it is called on its own. The issue title says stream but the body is about stipple, so confirm the target function first. Done means a standalone stipple call with title shows the title, and the existing tests still pass.

Description

enhancement

All of the plotting functions support a title keyword to add a plot title except for stipple, which does not support means to add a title. Perhaps this relates to #151 which speculates that stipple was never intended to be run standalone, only to provide a layer on top of another plot. But when stipple is set for standalone use we should support also the title kwarg for title-adding functionality.
