https://github.com/Masterminds/html5-php "Known issues" lists that Adoption Agency Algorithm is not yet implemented.
Latest WHATWG spec does not have "adoption agency algorithm". I guess the latest match is https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/syntax.html#parsing-main-inbody section "12.2.5.4.7 The "in body" insertion mode".
Is this mode supported and if not, is there any intention to support it in the near future?
