Consider using LeadTools as a replacement for ImageMagick in some cases (MAPCO-4390)

Description
Creating in instance of ImageMagick for an image is pretty expensive, I suggest considering and checking the LeadTools imaging functionality to replace ImageMagick in some or even all cases.
