Research direction

Locate the comparePromiscuousSpecific and geneExprDist_hierarchy functions and inspect how their figures are assembled. Review the other plotting methods' verbose parameters to identify the existing naming pattern. Done means the relevant figures have helpful axes and titles, and figure-display parameters use a uniform name where appropriate.

Description

Plots in comparePromiscuousSpecific, geneExprDist_hierarchy. Some figures are missing axes/titles that would be helpful for the end user. Some functions have verbose flags, others don't, might be nice to use uniform parameter name for whether figures should be displayed or not by each method.
