Start with src/main/java/org/lemsml/model/compiler/semantic/visitors/StructureVisitor.java and inspect how InstanceRequirement, Tunnel, and With are represented and visited. Compare the required behavior with the gap-junction definitions in NeuroML2CoreTypes/Synapses.xml, especially paths containing peer; done means these constructs receive semantics and the previously undefined gap-junction path is handled.

Description
The structure visitor needs to be modified to account for these constructs - currently, gap junctions are not supported due to paths containing peer, which is undefined due to this issue.
