The timeout is raised in ProcessRunner.RunAsync (src/Filee.Engines/Infrastructure/ProcessRunner.cs) and reached through LibreOfficeConverter.RunAsync and ConvertOnceAsync in src/Filee.Engines/Office/LibreOfficeConverter.cs. Start by reproducing the DOCX-to-PDF conversion with the attached file and comparing it with the command-line soffice run. Pull request #1015 is already open against this issue, so check it before starting any work.

What happened?

Hello,

I'm trying Filee to convert multiple formats, however, it's failing converting DOCX files to PDF. Sometimes, it gives "Missing document fonts: Arial (CS
Gövde)" message, although the document does not contain Arial font.

The document that is not converted to PDF with Filee can be converted from command line without errors using following command:
soffice --headless --convert-to pdf "C:\test\word_to_pdf.docx" --outdir "C:\test"

Any help would be appreciated.

  1. CTRL+Press file to reveal Donut toolbar, select PDF
  2. Progress stuck around 90% throwing error message
