[FEATURE] ダブルタップ＋フリックで促音 (っ) ＋文字入力にする

Description
フリック系キーボードで、促音（小さい「っ」）を打ちやすくする機能の提案です。
現状
現状、「つ」からのターンフリックで入力していますが、「つ・っ・づ」を互いに誤入力することが多く、困っています。
小音キーでの切り替えや修正も、「づ」があるぶんトグルの回数が多いので、煩雑になりがちです。
提案
そこで、「ダブルタップ＋フリックで促音＋文字入力にする機能」 を提案します。
例えば、
- [た]をダブルタップして（2回目で押さえたまま）左フリックしたら、「っち」を入力
- [さ]をダブルタップして下フリックしたら、「っそ」を入力
します。
あ段については、
- [か]をダブルタップしたら、「っか」を入力
します。
これにより、「あっち」「そっか」などの文字列をより簡単・正確に入力できるようになります。
必要な設定項目
必要な設定項目としては、
- ダブルタップしてから入力で促音追加（本機能のオンオフ）
- ダブルタップと見なす間隔（ms）
- 除外設定（後述）
が考えられます。
除外設定
除外対象は、まずは「あ・な・ま・や・ら・わ」のような、一般に促音の付かない行の想定です。これを機能に含めるか否かを選択可能にします。
一方で、それらも「マッマ」「なっ何だと」のように入力する場合がありますので、将来的には、行ごとにオンオフを選ぶ形が良いかもしれません。
カスタムキーボードも含めて考えると、「キーごと」のオンオフ設定や、「子音ごと」の除外設定も考えられます。
「操作ごと」（同じキーでも、「った」は許可、「っつ」は除外 など）のオンオフも考えられますが、実装も設定も難しそうで、
それよりはライブ変換機能や直接入力のように、ショートカットで全体をオンオフできるようにした方が良いかもしれません。（「ははははは」と入力したい場合に一時的にオフ、など。）
補足
他の日本語入力でも見ない機能のため、想定外の実装の難しさや使いづらさがある可能性はあります。
しかし、うまくいけばかなり便利な機能になると思います。
