この機能リクエストは、何か問題に関連していますか？説明してください。
AOSPのAndroidや当該プロジェクトでは、物理キーボードの配列として日本語106/109配列をインストールしないため、Androidの設定内にある物理キーボードのレイアウト選択画面で日本語配列を選択することができません。

日本語の物理キーボードを使う場合はMozc for Androidをインストールする必要があるため、日本語配列の物理キーボードのサポートを追加していただけませんでしょうか。
また、Android Virtual Machine内では全角/半角キーが「Enforce keycode forwarding」オプションを有効にしていても「'」として打鍵されるため、Alt + 'での日本語/英語の切り替え機能も追加していただけると幸いです。
