Start by reproducing both Beta 12 cases: decompressing a non-Steam game in the "XboxGames" folder and adding an already-compressed folder to the compression queue. Done means non-Steam folders can be decompressed and the queue no longer crashes for an already-compressed folder.

Description
in Beta 12, it seems that you arent able to decompress non steam files tried it with Games in the "XboxGames"-Folder.
Additionally, adding an already compressed folder to the compression queue causes the program to crash immediately.
