Research direction

The payload names no source files. Start by finding the workout session timer and the finalize screen in the Flutter app, and check how the session duration is saved. The reporter offers two options, auto-pausing inactive sessions or letting users edit the time, and the maintainer has not chosen one, so a newcomer should first ask which to build. Done means the chosen behaviour is implemented and a recorded workout keeps a sensible duration.

Description

Done enhancement

User story:

I got distracted and walked away at the end of my workout without finalizing it. When I came back, I saw the timer still running and now I have a 1.5 hr workout in my record.

I'm not sure how important that time data is. And this may be an edge case. But two solutions might be

  1. If the workout session is inactive (meaning no timer actively running, no tapping, etc) for x amount of time, pause the timer automatically until something happens
  2. Allow editing of the time at this screen:

One problem is that the time there (I assume) is for the whole day. But if that is the only place it records, then that doesn't really matter.

Again, this might be an edge case, but I thought I would mention it.
