Description
### 希望添加一种ToggleButton的样式，效果如下图所示：
1、IsChecked为False时：
2、IsChecked为True时：
补充需求：
1、ToggleButton的Content文字内容一定是在两个Thumb的中间
2、当未指定ToggleButton的Width属性时，ToggleButton的宽度会随着Content文字内容长度而自动变化
3、可以手动修改Width和Height属性，实现修改ToggleButton的大小，且IsChecked为True时的背景色占满整个Width宽度，而不是下面存在的问题
