Research direction

The payload names no file, so start by finding where the resource pack list and the mod, datapack and world lists are each sorted in the JavaFX UI code. Compare their comparators: the mod/datapack/world order puts uppercase and lowercase names interleaved (a1, A2, b1, B2), while resource packs sort them differently. Done when the resource pack list uses the same ordering as the other lists for the example names in the issue.
