Research direction
This work is blocked on the multiple-scenarios migration tracked in GroupiSP/qmodem#89, so start by reading that map and the code it produces under scripts/battery_multiple_scenarios. Then compare the unmaintained single-scenario notebooks in scripts/battery with those helpers and port them to stagereg. Done means scripts/battery runs on stagereg by reusing the shared pieces, not by duplicating them.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
The map Move qmodem onto stagereg and isolate QAVI's epistemic UQ deliberately focuses on the battery multiple-scenarios case (scripts/battery_multiple_scenarios). The single-scenario battery case (scripts/battery, currently not maintained) should be adapted to stagereg afterwards, reusing whatever the multiple-scenarios migration establishes.
This issue stays open after that map reaches its destination, as a trace of this scoping decision.
