What happened?
When I issue /graphify . in the agent, it processes the code files, but also attempt to handle jpg and png files. It is not just mapping the filename or path, it is analyzing them. Mapping paths is clearly OK, but more that that must not be done.

Issue `/graphify .` on a directory containing images (jpg, png,...). Done with Copilot CLI, model gpt-5-mini
