Research direction

The payload does not name files, so start by searching the site's keyboard handling for the existing PageUp and PageDown scroll shortcuts and see how they are bound. Check where code listings take focus and stop key events, since arrow keys should scroll only when the focus is on text outside a code listing. Done means arrow keys scroll the page in that case, PageUp and PageDown still work, and code listings keep their own arrow-key behavior.

Description

user experience

Currently, you can use the page up and page down shortcuts for scrolling, but not the arrow keys. When clicking on any text or outside any code listing, we should be able to scroll with just the arrow keys.
