Viewer: draw double and triple bonds in Ball and Stick and Stick

Description
Only Wireframe draws multiple bonds (ChemDisplayWireframe); Ball and Stick and Stick draw one cylinder per bond whatever the order, as in PNNL ECCE, so a double bond made in the Builder looks single. A sample (ethene, acetylene, CO2, benzene) is being made on wip/bs-multibond for a decision on the look.
