Research direction

Start by locating ECCE's window layout code and checking how it handles Windows display scaling. Reproduce the reported layout at 150% scaling on a 1920x1080 display, then identify which windows exceed the available 1280x720 area. Done means the windows fit at that scale while remaining usable.

Description

A Latitude 7410 (14", 1920x1080) runs Windows at 150 % by default, leaving about 1280x720; ECCE windows do not fit. At 100 % everything looks fine. Most student Windows laptops run at 125-150 %, so the layout target for Windows should be 1280x720 at 150 %.
