Research direction

The target files are utils/exportStreams.ts and __tests__/utils/exportStreams.test.ts. First run grep -r exportStreams to confirm that only the test imports the util, as the issue says. Then delete both files. Done when the grep finds no remaining imports and npm test and npm run build both pass.

Description

frontend good first issue

Description

utils/exportStreams.ts is only imported by its own test. It duplicates lib/export.ts with a separate Stream type using number amounts (the app uses bigint StreamData).

Location

utils/exportStreams.ts, __tests__/utils/exportStreams.test.ts.

Task

Delete both files (confirm with grep -r exportStreams that nothing else imports them).

Acceptance criteria

  • Files removed
  • npm test and npm run build pass

Good for contributors because

Safe dead-code removal with an easy way to verify.
