Research direction

Start with the failing binary configuration step and the referenced python/serials_find.py entry point, then reproduce the backpack build with the 1.7.6 Flathub Flatpak. Check the attached build log and verify that the build can import pyserial and proceed past binary configuration without the ModuleNotFoundError.

Description

When trying to compile the current backpack headtracker PR using configurator 1.7.6 flatpak (from flathub), it fails at the binary configuration step with

File "/home/froqstar/.var/app/org.expresslrs.ExpressLRSConfigurator/config/ExpressLRS Configurator/firmwares/binary/Backpack/python/serials_find.py", line 1, in <module>

    import serial
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'serial'
