Start by locating NSTest and running it to reproduce the multigrid solver failure. Read the multigrid solver path and inspect how the L2 error and ASSERT are handled. Done means the solver's convergence behavior is understood or corrected and NSTest reliably reports failure when convergence does not occur.

Description
NSTest is failing (the multigrid solver isn't converging for some reason,
though it appears to be spurious, as the L2 error is zero!)
Furthermore, due to a missing ASSERT, this failure is going unreported.
