Research direction

Reproduce the failure by building OpenCurrent with CMake, opening the RUN_TESTS project in Visual Studio 2012, and building the solution on the stated Windows 7, CUDA 5.5 setup. Start by capturing the unresolved external symbol diagnostics; done means the generated RUN_TESTS project builds successfully.

1. Build OpenCurrent with CMake
2. Open RUN_TESTS project in VS2012

I have also tried to create a new empty project, add OpenCurrent files into it,
fix includes then build the project but still some unresolved external symbols
