Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the textfield implementation in OlympUI and compare it with existing single-line field options. Done means supporting multiline text areas with configurable visible rows and, if feasible, optional maximum height in rows or pixels.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement

Add support for multiline textfields (text areas)
Should have options to specify number of visible rows, default could be to display all?
Having an option for maximum height in terms of rows/pixels would also be nice, but optional.
