Description
core, core-wasm, sdkjs and web-apps don't use any brand setting, but each arch builds them twice (euro-office and nextcloud-office legs, separate caches). Building both brands in one bake invocation with matrix targets would build the shared parts once, halve runner minutes and drop cache_prefix/extra_bake_files/extra_targets from the matrix.
Needs brand-server.hcl turned from an overlay into per-brand variables.
