Description
Seen on CI run 36347098905, job test (3.11), at head fd9a3319 of #974, which was a Swift-only change: 1 failed / 5282 passed with assert 0 == 2. The same job passed on the next head (88139f56). Unrelated to the PR, so likely timing/concurrency in the busy-retry test. Needs its own look: make the retry deterministic (injected busy/clock), prove ≥100 repetitions.
