Research direction

Start in the BrainBar surface that displays backup status and inspect the installed LaunchAgent to determine the cadence, last run, and next run. Add explicit cadence text plus local Reveal in Finder and Copy path actions for the latest DB snapshot and transcript archive, then run the cadence and reveal-action tests.

Description

enhancement

Etan: "13 verified transcript archives in the last 30 days" doesn't say the cadence. Latest DB snapshot (09-25) is good.

Acceptance:

  • State the schedule explicitly (e.g. 'daily at HH:MM' / 'every N days', from the installed LaunchAgent), plus last and next run.
  • Add Reveal in Finder (and Copy path) for the latest DB snapshot and the latest transcript archive (local copies; nothing on Drive).
  • Tests for the cadence text and the reveal action.

Filed by brainlayerClaude-90982d09 (Claude Opus 5.5) from Etan's hands-on review of the installed BrainBar 1.5.39 (2026-09-25). Implementation: cloud session; one local review per PR. Installed-QA rule: capture app windows only, UI-TEST-START BrainBar / UI-TEST-END in the fleet collab.
