Description
Repro (Etan, installed 1.5.39): Dashboard → expand Details → scroll down → collapse Details → a big empty area remains below the content; the view does not reflow/scroll back.
Acceptance: collapsing any disclosure re-lays-out the scroll content (no blank tail); RED UI test that reproduces the empty tail; renders at 760/960/1280.
