Research direction

Start with PR #1068 and read TextFormatter.swift:4, scripts/sprint_gate.py:162, and src/brainlayer/health_check.py:662 to understand the compact output format. Update the legend and make both parsers handle the - ID: rows or structuredContent; preserve the stated handling of | in IDs. Done when the legend explains the implied project and both parsers work with compact output.

Description

From the PR #1068 Opus review.

  1. TextFormatter.swift:4: the compact legend should say an empty project column means 'same as your project filter'.
  2. scripts/sprint_gate.py:162 and src/brainlayer/health_check.py:662 parse the old N of M shown header, which compact output no longer emits. sprint_gate's ### N. row regex already matched nothing before #1068. The health-check canary uses num_results 1 with a fallback of 1, so there's no practical change. Update both to parse the - ID: rows (or use structuredContent).
  3. Note: IDs aren't escaped in the |-separated row; no current ID format contains |, so keep it that way or escape it.
    Size XS.
