Research direction

Start at the implementation of the /call command and trace how it resolves the target player. Check the Bukkit visibility API usage described in the issue, then verify that calls cannot reveal players who are hidden by vanish; no specific file or test is named.

Description

CMDBOOK-2337 - Reported by Puremin0rez

As the summary says, /call does not respect the vanish API which means players can call someone who is supposed to be "offline" and figure out that they are not.

This can be easily fixed with player.canSee(target)
