Research direction

Start by locating the input-layer handling for technodata.csv and the existing checks performed when agent quantities are used. Trace how agent share columns are read and validated, then confirm that invalid shares are rejected before initial capacity allocation and that the existing checks still behave as expected.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

This determines how the initial capacity gets allocated across agents. If these shares do not sum to 1, then some of the initial capacity will not be allocated to any agents, so will not exist in the simulation

Note: we do already perform these checks, but this is at the point that the agent quantities are used, rather than in the input layer
