Research direction

Start at the ListPeers implementation and trace how it calls the Lightning RPC. Compare the available listpeers and listpeerchannels responses, then resolve whether to preserve ListPeers or add a new method; done means channel information is retrievable through glightning's API.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

need to call the new RPC "listpeerchannels" to retrieve the info. It looks like glightning hasn't adapted to the new change. glightning should either provide a new method to retrieve the info, or call listpeerchannels within ListPeers so the api of glightning doesn't change
