Script should:

Use a base folder / file structure and copy it. This would include things like the binary dependencies and other files that do not change.
Add the latest ConferoView folder
Add the latest ConferoTrack folder
Copy latest psychopy / iohub to site-packages
Build user docs
Add built html docs to
- Top level Confero folder
- Confero/ConferoView/view/static folder
Copy latest .bat files to top level Confero folder.
Modify some file that can be used to hold a build date / version number for the distribution.
Create the self extracting archive file from the newly built Confero distro.
