Research direction

The bug is in the Internal RF settings of Model Setup, where the Arm using switch resets to CH5 each time the internal ELRS module is turned off and on. The payload names no files, so start by reproducing the steps on a TX16S MK3 or the simulator and finding where the Arm using value is read and written when the internal module restarts. Done means the selected switch survives an off/on cycle on every model, with or without a receiver bound.

Anything else?

• The issue occurs with every model.
• It happens every time Internal RF is restarted.
• It happens regardless of whether an RX is connected.
• Other ELRS settings appear to be retained.

Similar report was found for RadioMaster TX15, EdgeTX 2.12.4 and ELRS 4.1.0.
