Remove the deprecated command-line flag aliases (v6.0.0, breaking)
The kebab-case rename ships with the old names kept as hidden aliases that log -<old> is deprecated and will be removed in v6.0.0; use -<new>. In v6.0.0 remove every alias, so an old name is an unknown option again.
Aliases to remove: -noconsole, -noexitonerror, -exitonerror, -notelemetry, -telemetryrate, -telemetrydiag, -traceexports, -allow-dbgcore.
Work: delete each alias's AddArgSyntax registration (cli.cpp) and its parse branch (boot.cpp, export_tracer.cpp for -traceexports); delete the alias table and its test; add a test that each old name is rejected.
