Research direction

Start with docs/reference/server-mode-multiplayer-hang.md and docs/design/2026-09-15-server-client-quest-roadmap.md, then inspect the archived audit with git show using the cited commit and path. Trace the post-login server bring-up flow to determine what is supposed to enqueue BeginMultiplayer; done means the enqueue point and a resolution for the hang are documented or implemented.

Description

bug

docs/reference/server-mode-multiplayer-hang.md:3 still reads "Not solved. This is a resume point, not a fix." The open question it names: find what is supposed to enqueue the BeginMultiplayer task. The roadmap (docs/design/2026-09-15-server-client-quest-roadmap.md:23) also says "Not solved."

Filed so the investigation has a tracked home now that the audit record citing it is retired.
