The Audit Logs dashboard page has filters and a "Group by session" toggle, but the table columns themselves are fixed. Users who want to see or hide specific columns (for example hiding body-preview related columns, or surfacing labels) currently have no way to do that. Reported via user feedback (Discord).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a column-visibility toggle to the Audit Logs table, persisted the same way the existing "Group by session" toggle is (localStorage), with good defaults out of the box so nobody has to configure it to get a useful view on day one. See GoModel's own "Good defaults" principle:

Longer term, it would be worth generalizing this into a shared table component so any dashboard table (Usage Log, Files, Batches, and so on) can reuse the same column-visibility mechanism instead of each page reinventing it. That said, the Audit Logs page alone is a reasonable, well scoped place to start - the generalization can be a follow-up once the pattern proves useful here.

Good first issue: this can ship as an Audit-Logs-only column toggle in the first PR, without needing the generalized shared-table-component work up front.
