Research direction

Start by confirming the reported web RDP behavior with local credentials and Domain accounts on the Azure servers, then inspect the CredSSP error and the gateway's authentication entry points. Done means determining whether Domain-based authentication is supported and documenting or fixing the cause of STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE.

Description

Hello Team,

We are using devolution Gateway solution as part coder, we are able to login our azure servers using local credentials via web rdp, However, when we are using the Domain accounts for authentication we are getting the below error.
Connection error: Please verify your connection settings.

[CredSSP] CredSSP Caused by: InvalidToken: CredSSP server returned an error status; status is STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE [0xc000006d]

Is the solution is supporting for Domain based authentication ?
