Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing Dapper's existing type-handler behavior for System.Numerics and compare it with Decimal32, Decimal64, and Decimal128 in .NET 11; the issue is done only when the support decision and implementation scope are established.

Description

With the upcoming release of NET11, there are 3 new decimal-related types being introduced into System.Numerics - Decimal32, Decimal64, and Decimal128.

Is there any intention to support these new types, or should I be looking to create my own TypeHandlers?

Thanks.
