消息item中包含链接内容，点击链接跳转webview界面加载url，返回来时panel关闭了一半；

而且只是第一次启动时这样，第一次打开键盘，点击链接，返回聊天，panel未关闭；
之后来回弹出和关闭键盘后，再点链接进webview界面就正常；
