Description
Follow-up dependency maintenance for the Aspire 17 upgrade merged in #2338.
The dotnet9 feed now publishes a coherent newer Aspire 17 nightly, 17.0.0-preview.1.26553.5, including Aspire.AppHost.Sdk and the Toolkit's centrally pinned Aspire packages. Update the Toolkit's central package version, AppHost SDK pin, example AppHost SDK/package pins, and setup documentation together.
Keep the existing .NET 10-only target and Project v2 migrations from #2338. Do not change packages without a compatible Aspire 17 nightly; Aspire.Hosting.Elasticsearch remains on 13.3.0 because no Aspire 17 nightly is published.
