Extend Capella support to all CapXML versions

Description
As hinted in #797 we should have a look at the new CapXML 4.x and 5.x versions which were released the last years and add at least basic support for them. Maybe the model improved and we can support it even better than the older versions which were heavily graphical oriented with text annotations.
