Problem
The EPUB, AZW3/MOBI and PDF tag readers wrap their work in catch (Exception) and rethrow as TagExtractionException, which also swallows cancellation and out-of-memory conditions and reports them as an unreadable file (the import is then rejected). Cancellation and OutOfMemoryException should propagate. Found while reviewing #212.
